Promotional Campaign

Objective
:  Design a promotional campaign for a client who was participating in a health fair that encouraged attendees to visit their trade show booth.  The challenge was to create a promotion that was fun, fitness related and most importantly, memorable. 

Strategy and Execution:  Health fair participants were assigned to seven different colored teams by the client before the health fair.  Building upon the team approach to the event, Results Branding ordered 1000 pedometers in an assortment of seven different colors.  Upon visiting the booth, each participant was handed a colored pedometer that corresponded with their team.  Each pedometer recipient was then asked to walk 1500 steps.  Once they achieved their goal, attendees returned to the booth and filled out a survey aimed at gathering data on health related topics.  The surveys also served as raffle entry to win a 50” Flat Screen TV.

Results:  The promotion that Results Branding implemented was a huge success.  Over 750 pedometers were distributed and 600 surveys/entries were collected.  The event provided a great opportunity for our client to interact with attendees and collect important consumer data.
